An antique frog pin. Featuring a carved, pink coral, in the shape of a frog. The frog sits on a polished yellow gold pin.
The colour of this coral is known as ‘Angel Skin’ coral, and was often fished from the bay of Naples in the 19th Century. A frog, the pins subject, symbolises fertility and rebirth, and can often be thought of as a good luck charm.
