A vintage Boucheron brooch. Fashioned as a tweeting bird, perched on a branch, the bird is made up of textured yellow gold feathers, and a single ruby eye. The branch is also fashioned form textured yellow gold.

The Boucheron Maison was established in 1858 by Pierre Boucheron, and was the first jeweller to open on Paris’ famed Place Vendôme. The Maison has made jewellery for royalty all over the world, with the late Queen Elizabeth II having an impressive Boucheron collection. This bird brooch boasts all the quality and expert craftsmanship one would expect from such a prestigious jeweller.
