Vintage Mellerio, Three Row Pearl Necklace

A vintage three row necklace by Mellerio. Featuring three graduated rows of white, round pearls, individually knotted on white silk. The pearls are finished with a white gold, flower clasp, decorated with eight single cut diamonds and a pearl centre.
