Pre-Columbian Frod Pendant With Forked Tail

An intricate gold pendant in the shape of a frog. The amphibian has a naturalistic body with rounded back and curled bent hind legs. The stylised head features two googly eyes, an open mouth from which two figures of serpent are coming out. A modern suspension loop was added on the reverse, allowing for the piece to be worn as a pendant.
