A vintage ruby and sapphire bangle. Featuring a twisted yellow gold bangle, in a rope motif. The bangle is twisted at the front, and finished at either end by a ruby and a sapphire. The bangle is hinged, with an integrated side clasp.

This unusual bangle most likely dates to the 1960s. It’s rope like design echos a nautical theme, and is beautifully finished with the bright ruby and sapphire stones. The integrated clasp is a lovely way to finish a piece, and shows the bracelet was made with thought and care. A one of a kind, vintage piece.
